Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Golang Developer to design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable cloud-based applications using Go within an agile development environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web applications, object-oriented programming languages, containers, and cloud services. This role demands strong collaboration skills, technical expertise, and a passion for building high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Development Participation:
  • Engage in agile software development life-cycle activities, including decomposing requirements, creating designs, estimation, and implementation.
  • Develop rapid prototypes and participate in pair programming sessions to iterate solutions efficiently.
• Application Design & Implementation:
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot multi-layered, SOA structured, cloud-based applications in Go.
  • Contribute to building scalable, robust software solutions that enhance customer experience.
• Knowledge Contribution:
  • Enhance the knowledge base, wikis, and internal resources to support project and team success.
• System Development:
  • Develop and integrate web applications, leveraging Linux environments and object-oriented programming languages such as Ruby, Python, PHP, or Java.
  • Work with containers and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform for system design and deployment.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in developing web applications and ability to showcase personal or professional projects.
• Strong expertise in Golang (Go) and familiarity with object-oriented languages such as Ruby, Python, PHP, or Java.
• Experience developing in Linux environments and working with containers.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon EC2/S3 or other cloud services.
• Additional experience with Ruby or related languages is an advantage.
